Farmer's Appreciation Weekend

We started the week by cleaning our new golf cart! Our old one died, well the clutch went out and we did not want to put anymore money into it so we had to splurge for a new one. Well new to us but it is a used one. We are all very excited about our new baby!

On Wednesday night we road tripped to Sioux Falls to a Go Fish Concert. This was the bible school our church put on this summer and we got passes to go see them. So there was a lot a people from Lake Park that were able to go and enjoy the great concert! This is a pic with Kendals buddy Brooklyn that we went to the concert with. I think if you look close enough you can see her tonsils:)

Every year in Lake Park on the 1st weekend in August we have our town celebration, Farmer's Appreciation Day. The past few years we have had the Hintz's from Holstein come up for the day to be in the parade and then stay and give free rides to kids in the park. This year the entire family got in the cars for the parade, baby included:) A little tight but we all fit!

Dylan, Emma and Chloe came up for the parade.  Chloe is getting soo big, I told her next year she gets my spot:)

Mommy trying to knock Daddy down in the dunk tank. I never did get him down but Kendal's Buddy Lucas got him down 3 times!! There were plenty of other people that got him wet. He didn't mind too much b/c it was hot out!

We got a baby bump shot before we went to the street dance. Cora had to pick out exactly where I needed to stand. Only a few months to go!!

You look great, Billi! Better than me after a meal at my favorite Mexican restaurant (ha!) Your photos of Farmer's Appreciation Days really makes me miss Iowa in the summer and growing up with Children's Days and all those creepy carnies wandering around :)
