Family Fun

Last week we got to baby sit our cousin Chloe for a day! She will be one next week. Kendal worked really hard on trying to get her to walk:) She was a dream to baby sit, she is so calm and sits still!!

The girls were trying to make Chloe giggle for me with their goofy glasses!

This is Cora's new favorite game. This is our Library bag that Daddy will swing and carry her around the house in. As you see below this is what happens when daddy is done playing with the bag.

This is Kendal angry because she wants a fruit snack, so little sister thought she better be sad too.
This past weekend we went to Des Moines to visit Chuck, Brenda, Cale and Maura. We went to watch Karlen play at state AAU volleyball.
Cora and Cale being silly!

This is Karlen killing the ball! We were soo proud of her this weekend her ant the Raptors did awesome. The got in the top 10 out of 60 teams! Hopefully the girls picked up on her sweet skills!!

Wisconsin Dells!

We went to the Dells this past weekend with Chad's Secretaty Joy and her family and Jon the Lawyer who rents space from Chad at the office. We had a great time, I m not sure if the grown ups or the kids had more fun:)
Thumbs up Dude!!
They are laying in Snow after sitting in the hot tub!
Who needs a pool when you have a huge bath tub!
We had a great little get away weekend. The girls did great! They had a little bit of a cold when we left but I think the Chlorine dried them out:)

Life

We had to say Good-bye to Grandpa Cronin on Monday. He passed away March 3 at the St. Lukes Hospital in Sioux City.  His smile could light up a room and his laugh could bring joy to your heart! He was an amazing man that everyone loved. He was man of great faith and always had a positive out look on life. This is something I want my girls to emulate and follow his wisdom near and dear to their hears.  His life was taken away fast but was a true blessing that he did not have to suffer. He had 7 children, 21 grandkids and 16 Great Grankids!
  We will miss you Grandpa!
May the Road rise to meet you,
May the wind be always at your back.
May the sun shine warm upon your face,
The rains fall soft upon your field.
And until we meet again,
May God hold you in the palm of his hand.
Saturday Chad wrestled in an old timers tourney in Lake Park. We were proud of him, he got 2nd! The final match was against a 21 year old. He has been a little sore the past few days:)
Our nephews Mason and Malachi came up for the weekend to wrestle and watch their Uncle's mad skills!
Aunt Kristi and Cora
Cora in Grandma Sharon's support stockings! preventing varicose veins!
The girls enjoying their bubble bath! I spoke to soon about the flu bug, we some how got another one. More coughs, plugged noses and sick babies. Spring can not get here soon enough!!!
