Rock Star

The girls got to go to the ISU vs UNI game this past weekend. Uncle Nick gave them Little Clone passes. The weather was kind of cold and rainy so we only stayed for the 1st half but the girls had an awesome time with family and friends.

 We suprised Grandma Linda today! She turned 60 on Thursday so we all came home to celebrate!

This is not wax! Last weekend Bret Michaels came to the Clay County Fair, re*be ( clinic where I work) sponsored him so we got back stage passes! I did not know this until we got there, not something I had on my bucket list but pretty cool I got the oppurtunity! He signed two cowboy hats for the girls. He was really nice, a lot smaller in person:) Kendal really feels like a rock star in her hat! Some day she will really appreciate it.

Busy Busy Busy

Where do I start..Since Labor Day we or I have been running around with my head cut off! We had our first anual rally for the cure golf tourney in Lake Park that I helped get together. We had a great turn out and raised $3200!! I even got Chad to wear a tutu!

Cora is growing up every day more and more! She is starting to say more words ands till crazy as ever!

We went to the Clay County fair this last week. Kendal was able to sit on a horse!!!!! A dreamm come true!!

For the past 3 and half years I have been working/ fundraising for a Recreational Trail in Lake Park! After alot of hard work it finally came true! we had our 1st Anual RALPH (Ride Around Lake Park Harris) The weather was horrible but we had 51 riders so I wa super excited!!

Next weekend off to an ISU game, then Vegas, then Cora turns 2!! the fun never ends!! Gotta love it!

1st Day of School

Today was Kendal's 1st day of Preschool!! The first pictures explains how she has been feelinga about preschool all summer, not too excited. This last week I explained to her that if she didn't want to go to preschool she would not start dance. Well her attitute change very quickly as you can see in the next picture!

She loves to dance soo that was devastating to her to hear no dance come out of my mouth.

She was super excited and loved every minute of it!

Kendal said the funniest thing at bed time tonight.

So she is climbing into bed on the top bunk, Daddy says "Kendal be careful up there with the fan on" Kendal says "If I get my head stuck in there we will have to go the hospital to get a new head:)"  Oh my if only life was that simple gotta love it!
