Girls Just wanna have fun

The girls are growing up so fast and really starting to play more with eachother. These are just a few pics of the girls the past few nights. Cora is into climbing so tonight Kendal wanted to be just like her for the picture. Kendal just being a goof ball with her funny faces. Dentist gotta love this, Cora loves to carry a toothbursh and toothpaste around all of the time.

Another Cold Weekend

Well I think we saw the sun for maybe an hour this weekend. We decided to brave the weather anyway and headed to Lakefield MN just 20 minutes north of us to a pumpkin patch ( The same one The Johnson's went to) The girls had a blast and Kendal could not get enough of the Goats:) These next few photos are of the girls after a long day of fun and fresh air:) We got to go visit some friends of ours that just had a new baby boy Beckett last week. Oh Know!!

I got a call from our fellow Blogger Juli this AM she went into preterm labor last night and had to go to Sioux Falls by ambulance. They could not stop her contractions. Everyone is doing ok but she has to stay there for sure through the weekend. They did an Ultrasound on the little guy and weighed about 5lbs so still just a little peanut. She is only 35 weeks so it would be best if he could stay inside of mamma for another week. I just wanted to let you all to know so you could remember her and the family in your thoughts and prayers!! I will keep you posted if anything new happens. This is just a pic I got of the girls in their Halloween PJ's Cora loves to get into Ruger'sfood and water dish... oh the mess... the funny thing is Kendal never touched it but this little busy body loves to be in it. Today she turned the corner with this evil look on her face:) I also need to share a lovely incident that occured to me last Friday, For all of you mothers I know this prob. has happened to you:) So last Friday night I am alone with the girls like every Friday night b/c Chad goes to the football games to be on the sideline for the team. I am giving the girls a bath and yes it happens... Cora poops..Kendal screams mom she is pooping so I grab Kendal out then Cora. Cora continues to poop on the Floor so I try to put her over the toilet..oh know she will have non of that, she gets stiff as a board and poops on me. Kendal says "Mom this is TERRIBLE" I just star laughing so hard I start to cry they look at me like I m crazy, I tell Kendal we need to stay calm. So I go to put Kendal in our other bathtub and Cora follows us pooping..All ended ok after a few glasses of wine I got it all cleaned up:)

Daddy's Buck

Daddy got a deer with his bow and arrow on Sunday. We are very excited that he got it this early in the season so he will be at home more:) Kendal was pretty excited about the deer. She said "That's a nice deer, is that a girl?"

Is it my Birthday?

So we woke up to snow on the ground on Saturday morning...yes snow already!! We just celebrated Cora's birhtday so Kendal wanted to know when it was her birhtday, so we said your birthday will be here after there is snow on the ground. So when she wakes up and sees snow she says "Mom is it my Birthday." you can't slip anything past her:) To her disappointment I told her Addison's brother's birthday is first then Christmas then it is her Birthday:) Yes those are pants! She is getting better about it but still not too excited. This is Kendal's Friend from daycare that she has grown up with since they were babes. We had to switch daycare in August and Ryllee stays home with her mommy and new little baby brother Cole so Kendal doesn't get to see her as much. It had been a few weeks so Kendal wanted her to come and play. They are pretty big buds! This is Cora's favorite face she is constantly doing this! It is too cute.

Happy 1st Birhtday Cora Michelle!

My Baby Girl is one today! She is a very determined and strong willed littel girl. She is not just walking but climbing, running and getting into everything! This girl has motivation!! We had a wonderful day today. The weather was great so we went for a wagon ride, played on the swing set and finished the day at the YMCA for a swim! Cora loves to get into Ruger's food dish and water, Today I caught her on camera. How can you dicipline this cute little face! We celebrated Cora's 1st birthday this past Sunday in Holstein at the Country Club with family and friends. Cora had lots of help with her presents and loved digging into her cake!! Cora got her first haircut by Grandma Sharon. She was a big girl and sat in the chair all by herself!
