Kendal turns 8

 Kendal was born 8 years ago and our lives changed forever! Want an amazing experience it has been! She did not come with a manual but we have learned alot and I feel like we could write our own....well maybe not since we would have to continuously edit.  She has grown up into a fine young lady with a lot of determination to succeed in everything she does. She is competitive...like someone I know:) and so sensitive and loving! She has a heart of gold and would do anything for anyone.  She can speak without saying word because the role of the eyes and the sigh speaks for itself...yes she is becoming a teenager! We had an amazing day with our little girl and we are very lucky she has great group of friends.

 Let the party begin! 14 girls from her class came over after school on the bus and got picked up around 6. so for approximately 2 hours they were all in our house....crazy you might say but surprisingly it went pretty good. the last half hour got a little crazy but they are a great group of gilrs! Kendal is very lucky to have a great class like this and I am excited to watch them all grow up into fine young ladies!

This is Kendal's BFF Madeline Greve. These two have been together since they were 3 and they have an amazing friendship! I know they will best buddies forever! We aer very lucky Kendal has an amazing friend like Madeline

Kendal had Madeline and Addison spend the night for her Birthday. Kendal and Addison's friendship is very special because I am best friends with her mom. Her mom, Juli, and I grew up together much like these two little ladies are and it makes my heart so happy to see the amazing friendship they have made! The may not go to school together but when they get together it is like they have just been with one another!

Story of kids lives...

 It turned out to be a really nice weekend, unlike the weekend she was born it was much colder.

 Nelli was being a little rascal taking Kendal's hat. She has surgery on Tuesday the 13th so she won't have any babies. As you can see she is doing just fine and feeling good.

We had a great weekend celebrating at home with Kendal's friends and our family.

New Year 2015 Vacation to Florida

ok so I am almost an entire year behind therefore, I have decided I am just going to start with he new year and try and keep up. I do have an excuse though I am going back to school and taking some nursing classes that consumes alot of my old computer time:) I want to be better about keeping up on documenting our exciting little family because they are growing up way to fast! Don't worry I have not slowed down on taking pictures I just have not been as good as posting them. Instagram and facebook kind of took over the blog.
  2015 began with a bang we surprised the kids at Christmas with a trip to go see Winter and Hope the dolphins in Florida from the movie Dolphin Tale.  We left on January 1st 2015 from Minneapolis and began our adventure.

 We got to ride a boat over across the bay to another building that hat all of the props from the movie Dolphin Tale.  The boat ride was alot of fun.

The draw bridge went up while a boat went through on our way back.

 We stayed at the Tradewinds resort on St, Pete Beach. We could not have asked for a more family friendly resort that had so much for the kids to do. We had 3 different pools for the kids, a water slide, mini golf, paddle boats, swans and ducks to feed, trampolines and ice cream:)

 We were very lucky with amazing weather! We had sunshine and 80 all three days we were there! The trip was short but we had an amazing time. Playing on the beach and swimming! The best part was is that we didn't have to worry about a thing!!

The smiles on every ones faces says it all! We were very fortunate and blessed to have this opportunity to have this amazing family vacation! Thanks Grandma Sharon and Papa Joe for making this possible we could not have done this with out you! I  pray and hope we are able to continue to have family trip because there is nothing better then to have good laughs and good times with your kids.  Seeing them all smile and have fun is priceless!!
