Wow where have the past 2 weeks gone! We have been playing ball, going to a wedding, celebrating birthdays, running at state track, piano recital, taking care of beef buddies and playing outside with friends! I can't believe that it is already almost the middle of June! The girls have been doing really good in softball, every game we see improvement. Cora has been hitting the ball really well and Kendal is getting more confidence every game! We have had a few play dates with friends and enjoyed the wonderful weather

Karlen has been with us since memorial day weekend! We have loved having her around! She has been umping, working at the golf course and going with mom to work to learn all about nursing and what she wants to be when she grows up. She will be heading to New York for the rest of the summer to be a camp counselor. She is great girl and we will miss having her around!

We went to Des Moines last weekend for Megan's wedding our cousin. We got to see alot of family and had a great time celebrating a wonderful couple!

The girls will be showing a beef buddy this summer at the fair. They gave their buddy a bath last weekend
It was a hot weekend so it was a great day to get the boat out for the first time! And even better it started for the first time!
On Friday we took a road trip to Marshalltown for a state track meet. We had 2 extra girls with us that made it an adventure!
So proud of these girls for their first time running together! They did great got 4th place over all considering they were the younger group. Kendal got 9th out of 24 girls in the 50. She did great and we are so proud of her!

Rogan says the funniest things and I need to take a moment to document a few fresh things in my head. For one thing he says that him and Nelli are dating:) He said that Nelli was barking at a criminal today. He always calls his sisters the girls. He was hot last night and said that "Billi told me it was not morning time and that I needed to go to bed" Just a few of the many funny things he says!
It has been a busy few weeks but so very thankful for the opportunity to be able to do everything we do! Words can not express how blessed I feel. some days get a little crazy and stressful but at the end of the day it is a good crazy.
