Schools Out for Summer

The kids are officially done with school. Kendal completed 3rd grade and Cora finished 1st. They both did great and learned so much. They had amazing teachers that they loved! Cora's teacher Ms. Rensink will be moving away so that made Cora very sad. Kendals reading teacher Mrs. Shultz will also be moving. The girls were both very sad about them leaving. 

 After our last day of school the girls went to participated in Healthy Kids Relay. Kendal got 1st in the 50 yard dash so she qualified for state in Marshalltown in a few weeks. Cora got 1st in her heat in the 100 but got 2nd overall:( They both did great and I am  so proud of them. They both participated in a 4X100 relay that did really good! Kendals team got 1st and also qualified for state!

Lake Park kids!

 Cora had a great game tonight hitting the ball all three times up to bat!

We had a great Memorial weekend hanging out at home! Playing with our toys, jumping on the tramp and enjoying the sun!

Dance Recital 2016

We survived Dance recital! This was Rogan's first year and he did great!! The kids made me so proud and worked hard all year long! We spent 4 nights a week at Dawn's Dance Studio. Thank goodness we could car pool with other families! We would not have been able to do this without them.  The girls never once complained about going... Rogan maybe a few times:) I just love to see their imrovement every year and the smile on their faces on stage! Kendal and Cora did Tumbling, Tap, Jazz and Ballet this year. Rogan was in predance and learned how to shake:)
