Good Times

We had a great weekend at home this past weekend. It started out with our friend Rylee coming over to play Friday. We went to the beach:) We went and got to snuggle our cousin Chloe:) She is changing soo much.

We were blessed with another great spring day today. The girls and I spent most of the night at the park.

Cora has no fear going down the slide head first, Kendal on the other hand would not even try it. Cora even took a big digger on her face and still went back for more. She is one tough cookie!!

Dancing Queens

Ok I have been a really bad blogger lately but we have been soo blessed with healthy girls, great weather and alot of activities.  As you can see if the first few photos Kendal has a wide variety of fancy outfits.  She is all about wearing dance outfits or swimming suits and pretending she is puting on a show or in dance class. This little girl never stops dancing our singing when she is at home!  Cora is growing like a weed, she has gotten really tall and even more crazy:) She loves to swing and follow her sister around ( I think so she can bug her becuase she is getting really good at it:) We have been enjoying bike rides, golfing, parks and we even got to go to the Como Zoo in St. Paul a few weeks ago while Dad had Cont. ed in the cities:)This little red number was actually mine when I was her age! Cora loves to talk on the phone. Her favorite words right now are Hi and baby. The other day she was crying and grunting and Kendal says "Cora you really need to start talking" There are many times I agree, this is such a hard age for them to communicate.The bike carrier is getting a little tight for both of the girls so we may have to come up with another option but this was priceless to see Cora snoozing on her big sis.  Then of course 10 minutes later Kendal was crying b/c Cora was pulling her hair.

Our new Cousin Chloe Marie

Aunt Kim had a baby Girl yesterday on Easter!! so we went and met our new little cousin Chloe this morning!! She is soo adorable and she has a little dipple on the left side like her mommy!! She weighed 6lb 15 ounces and was 19 inches long! She was born by C-section b/c she is following in her big Cousin Kendal's footsteps... Breech! Everyone is doing great.Kendal was soo excited to hold her while Cora wondered..mmmmm what can I get into next:) She was more interested in the bathroom and the curtain that she could run and play peek a boo:) a little bit different then her big sis!

She is so adorable. She has soo much hair and of course it would have highlites in it being a beutician's daughter. born with naturally great hair:) So happy for the Holsts!!

Easter 2010

We had a great Easter weekend! It started Friday with coloring eggs. I was brave and let Cora participate...hence why she is naked:) it all went well and only one bowl got spilled.Cora was really mad because she wanted to stand on the stool to hold the eggs. We got a suprise visitor at our front door on Friday afternoon! Kendal was a little scared at first but once the bunny gaver her candy it was all good:)We headed to Holstein Saturday AM. When we got there Grandma Sharon had an Easter egg hunt ready for the girls! It was a nice sunny day!Easter Morning at church Kendal was showing off!We went to Matt and Kristi's new home near Woodbine. The girls got to spend a lot of time outside with their horses and cows. Cora was not to sure about them but Kendal could not get enough.Kendal had to show off all of her new dance moves all day while her little sister sat back and just watched:)

We enjoyed a great weekend with family and great weather and most of all a new baby cousin!!!!!!!!!!

Aunt Kim had a baby Girl tonight! so we get to go see her tomorrow!!
