Our little climber!!

It is official Cora is a free girl, she conquered the stairs yesterday! She is completely fearless. We told Kendal that we have to keep a close eye on her:) Kendal told me today that Cora is kind of fun now:)

Busy Summer

I have been a bad blogger lately..it is soo hard when it is soo nice out and we stay outside until bedtime. We have been loving summer. Kendal and Cora had their first boat ride the other night with the Johnson's! We had a really good time. We have been really busy with work and golf:) Cora is all over the place, pulling herself up and standing everywhere getting into all kinds of trouble, with the help of her big sister! We have been enjoying some of the hot summer days in the backyard with one of our many sprinklers. We had to lower Cora's bed down b/c she loves to stand up. And yes she still is good at the funny face!

Children's Day Holstein Iowa

We went to Holstein over the weekend for Children's Day (Kinderfest) and the all class reunion. After a soggy Friday, Saturday's weather turned out pretty nice. Children's day has change a lot since we were kids, no more rides in the street just blow up toys and cake walks in the park..kind of a bummer but a blast for a 2 year old:) Kendal doing the cake walk with her me me and her Daddy:) Enjoying the parade with Lilly and Luke

8 months and Crawling!

Yes it is true our little baby is crawling! She has been really close the past few weeks but it was official yesterday when she turned 8 months old! Cora getting a work out in her jumper! Kendal picked out her headband Say Cheese, They are all girl that is for sure:) The Whitmers visited over the weekend, and Kendal had to feed baby Luke! While the Kendal and Lilly had a love hate relationship we spent a majority of the time breaking up brawls between the girls, they fight like sisters:) We scored a major bargain this weekend at a garage sale, a new scooter (well new to Kendal) with the hat, elbow pads and knee pads:)

We are back!!

We have a new computer! Just in time for some summer fun! Kendal and Cora are pretty close sisters, Kendal is a little mother hen and Cora loves having her at her side. Kendal loves to read books to her little sister. Enjoying an ice cream cone with her buddy Ruger Cora had some sweet corn for the 1st time at Grandma's house Kendal by her tree that Grandma and Grandpa planted for her when she was born. Cora by her burning bush they planted this spring for her. Cora's funny face she does all of the time! Our little miss sassy pants:)

We are soo excited for some summer fun and warm weather.

Computer Withdrawl!!

I know I have not been updating lately. Our computer at home took a digger on us. So I have been bugging Chad that I am getting the shakes not having a computer, especially to update my blog and download all of my pictures. Have no fear, I have still been documenting the girls by taking many pictures. Cora still has no teeth but is sitting up all alone and scooting across the floor backwards as her Big Sis Kendal cheers her on and talks to her like a dog to come fetch the toys. Super cute. They continue to amaze us with all of their milestones. Kendal is growing up so much, she is 2 going on 10. Her clothes are still an issue, I am in big trouble with this girl. We only can do dresses or skirts, however I did get some short on her today(and of course it was only 60 degrees out) As soon as we get our new computer I will update with some pictures!
