Family Fun

It has been a busy few weeks with playing ball on the Saturdays and having practice on Tuesdays.  The girls are loving it and having a lot of fun playing.  It has been fun coaching them and watching them improve each week! We got some more snow and had another snow day so the kids got to get out and have some fun! I think Nelli was just as excited to finally get out! We got to have the Ahrenstorff boys Lucas and Mason over for 3 nights while their mom and dad were on vacation in Mexico!

Kendal is such an amazing leader and a wonderful big sister. She is so mature for her age and always strives for the best! Most times she is way to hard on herself but she always gives it her all!! She has grown up so much this year and gets to come home by herself and work on her homework or practice her piano. She is also a determined little girl with a tender heart!!

 We were blessed to celebrate Papa Joe's birthday with him! They come up to watch the girls play then we had lunch together! He fell down about 2 weeks ago and broke 2 ribs!! so we were glad to see him out an about!!

This little girl makes our world complete with ups and downs and all around! She has a mind that is a sponge and she never forgets a thing. She always wants to be the center of attention and usually nothing is fair! She is a determined little girl that when she puts her mind to something she is amazing!! So proud of her and love when she smiles!

This little boy has been saying the funniest things lately!! He wants me to have another baby in my tummy and wants it to be a boy. In a picture he saw of Chad and I he wanted to know where they were (meaning the kids) so Chad told him in my tummy. So he proceeded to ask how did they get there....Chad says God put you there. Rogan says "Did he kick us in there?" lol we just changed the topic!He loves watching the step it up dancing movies and now he is into pitch perfect.  He told us today he was going to "pop it like a soda can" He loves when I say I love you one, then he says I love you 2 or any random number!

Winter Fun

January has come to an end and that means that birthdays are done for the winter in our family and spring is on its way! Basketball started at the YMCA. Cora is going to try this year and this is Kendal's 3rd year. They both did great and scored a basket!  We had a blizzard and got to spend 2 days home last week that was kind of nice to not have to run around and get places. The girls got their valentine boxes done so that was a productive day! We got to dog sit Mack and Remey.  That was fun for Nelli:)

Winter games 2016!

Papa Joe and Mother Sharon celebrated 52 years of Marriage Feb. 1st!

The kids are healthy and most days happy:) This month will be busy with b-ball and valentine parties at school. They continue to amaze us every day and grow up way to fast.
