Happy Halloween

We went out as a family trick or treating tonight:) This was all Kendal's idea.

 Friday we went to Holstein for opening pheasant hunting season so we did a little trick or treating with the Grandma's and Grandpas in different costumes.

This is Madeline, Kendal's friend from preschool. They had their party Thursday.

Photo Shoot Weekend

We had a really relaxing weekend, no plans just whatever we wanted to do. So it started out with a visit to Sioux Falls to meet Isabella! She is perfect!! she is sooo pretty! It was good to see the Schweitberger girls and all of the kids:) Cora made me a little nervous holding the swing so the pose did not last long:)

 The weather was absolutely perfect today soI took the oppurtunity to take the girls out for som photos. They looked to darn cute not to:) The dress Cora has on is one from the Whitmers for her B-day. It is a hit, she didn't want to take it off Meghann, I have a feeling we will get your money's worth on it:) The first few pics our out at the golf course then we went to the park.

We went for a walk on our new bike trail in town! This project has been my baby for the past 3 years so this was exciting!

This is Cora saying CHEESE:) She got her stiches out on Friday so now she just has Sterri-strips on her 2 year old battle wound:)

Kendal's 1st night of Dance

Tonight was Kendal's First night of Dance! she has been waiting for this for months, in fact is was the only way we got her excited for preschool. She got a new outfit and some tap shoes.

Kendal did great! She did get a little sleepy at the end, it was from 7-8pm tonight and she did not nap today so needless to say she began o expire. on the way home a few tears were shed b/c of random things. Then when it was time for bed she said she was done with dance and wanted to quit...so we shall see what tomorrow brings:)

Weekend Adventure

The weekend started out great! Great weather and big plans. Friday during the day blew up the inflatable we borrowed from Chad's Aunt Julie and Uncle Bill. We painted pictures for Great Grandma Nemo's 85th B-day.

 Friday  night we supported the Harris Lake Park Wolves and went to the football game. We had to wait for Daddy to get done with the game then we headed to Des Moines to stay with Brenda and Chuck so we could walk in the AM for our Cousin Jamison.

 This was the 2nd anual vision walk held in Des Moines. This was our first year to walk with Jamison's Team cEYEclone. He had 54 people walk with him to support research for vision. Jamison is legally blind with an optical nerve disorder, our other cousin Megan also has it but not as severe. It is genetic so it runs in our family. Everyone in our family was there except my mom and dad. We had great weather and a wonderful time.

Birthday cake for Cora that Aunt Bobbi brought to Des Moines to  celebrate at Aunt Brenda's house. We had lunce at Brenda's after the walk.

 The girls did awesome we left for DesMoines Friday night at 10 pm got there at 1:30 then we headed back home after the walk to celebrate Grandma Niemeier's Birthday. They did not fuss the entire 7 hours we were in the car! Thank god for movies and snacks.

 This is where the weekend gets really interesting..,.... Today 10-10-10 after church we blew up the bouncy house again since it is soo nice out. the girls were jumping and I was getting out and Chad came by and said boo to Kendal she got all silly and ran and bonked Cora on the head with her tooth. I instantly saw the gash and said we need stitches or a butterfly. So we headed to ugent care. with Kendal crying more then Cora b/c she was scared her tooth was going to fall into her throat and stomach:) The funny thing is, her crooked front tooth got bumped back so it is straight. The bad new is Cora got 2 stitches. You would have never guessed she was the one hurt in the waiting room she was running around, climbing in tables with blood coming out of her wound:)  She was soo tough. she layed soo good for the Dr. and I know she felt the stitches b/c he did not wait long enough for the lidocaine to kick in.
All is good she was running around like a crazy women again tonight
